You can purchase access in any SoftBank Wi-Fi Spot (EX) service area. Select SSID: SWS1day and when you open your Internet browser, you'll be taken to a page where you can purchase access. Please use a web browser that supports TLS (Transport Layer Security), SHA-2 certificate and JavaScript.

 - How do you know if you are near a compatible access point?

If the SSID "SWS1day" shows up, then you are by a SoftBank Wi-Fi Spot access point.

There are some cases where you cannot. If SSID "SWS1day" is displayed, then you can access SoftBank Wi-Fi Spot (EX).

 - Are there any providers or devices that cannot use this service?

There are no restrictions on what provider your device is with, and as long as it a wireless LAN-compatible device (like a notebook PC, smartphone, tablet PC, iPad, etc.) with IEEE802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi settings, then you can use this service. However, there are some devices (mobile phones, portable gaming devices) that may not work with this service. In addition, please use a web browser that supports TLS (Transport Layer Security), SHA-2 certificate and JavaScript.

No, you only need to register once. If you wish to use the service again, simply enter your login ID and password when within a service area and you can purchase access again.

 - I used the service once, but what happens if I don't use it for a long period of time?
 - 
If you do not use the service within a 6-month period, your login ID will automatically be deleted. If you wish to use the service afterwards, you will have to register once more.

 - As long as it's within the 24-hour period, can I use any access point, even if it's not the one I was using when I purchased access?

Yes, as long as you are within your access time, you can use any access point that displays SSID "SWS1day".
